Containerized technology in detail

Cabin modules are based on welded steel frames in accordance with EN 15085, dimensioned for dynamic loads and web stress. Depending on the application, with removable hood, maintenance openings or large-format access doors - tailored to equipment insertion and ease of servicing.
Advantage: Structure suitable for railroads for shock, vibration and extreme loads - optimum maintenance accessibility and integration flexibility.
Cable bases or integrated installation ducts enable structured separation of power, signal and control. EMC-compliant cable routing in accordance with railroad guidelines - optionally with tested feed-through systems.
Advantage: Safe operation under electromagnetic load, simple retrofitting and standard-compliant documentation.
Pre-assembled cabling, pre-assembled interfaces, pre-installed control units (e.g. driver's console, communication, lighting). Optionally with UPS, redundancy systems or BUS connection.
Advantage: Complete electrotechnical preparation - reduces installation time at the vehicle manufacturer and minimizes interface risks.
Hot-dip galvanized base frame, painted to C3-C5M, EMC-compliant coating or acoustically optimized design. Optionally with anti-graffiti or anti-vandalism protection.
Advantage: Long-term resistance to weathering, mechanical stress and web stress - tested for indoor and outdoor use.
