Our automated laser cutting systems process steel and aluminum with maximum repeat accuracy. A water jet system and mechanical cutting systems are also available for special requirements.
CNC-controlled press brakes and robot cells then take over the forming process. Our experienced skilled workers guarantee dimensional accuracy - even with complex component geometries.
For load-bearing structures, we rely on a mix of manual and automated welding processes:
- Single-arm and double-arm welding robots
- Gantry systems for large components
- Cobots for flexible applications
- Manual welding stations
Our welders are certified in accordance with EN 1090 and ISO 9606 - quality is continuously checked by internal welding supervisors.
The complete mechanical and electrical installation is also carried out in-house. Our specialists install:
- PLC-controlled control systems
- air conditioning and heating systems
- pneumatic and hydraulic modules
- customized energy and supply systems
Every installation is tested, documented and handed over ready for operation.

The modern sandblasting system ensures optimum preparation before coating - reliable and suitable for the material. Depending on the intended use, various coating systems are used:
- Corrosion protection for outdoor use
- Industrial coatings for indoor areas and vehicles
- Special coatings, e.g. fire protection systems
Galvanizing is carried out in cooperation with certified partners - we take care of all further steps ourselves
