Development and production of two AOCs (auxiliary hoists) including all installations
Customer requirements
The DB InfraGo required two user-oriented containers (AOC), which can be adapted to the smaller clearance gauge of the S-Bahn in Berlin and Hamburg. Despite the reduced room height, all the necessary installations had to be integrated to save space. In addition, an emission-free energy supply for tunnel operation had to be guaranteed. All installations had to meet the high fire protection requirements of EN 45545, which meant a considerable amount of testing and documentation.
Implementation
Development of the AOC based on the MTF-17 using the offset
Adaptation to the limited room height by integrating the electrical installation into the side walls, ceiling and floor
Combination of diesel generator and 10 kWh battery for emission-free power supply in the tunnel
Comprehensive planning and timely implementation
Implementation of all tests and documentation for compliance with EN 45545
