Ensuring modern teaching standards and innovative learning methods
Optimising and further developing the existing e-learning platform
Collaborating with specialist departments to identify training needs
Further developing and expanding our e-learning offerings
Designing, building and structuring a sustainable e-learning strategy
Your profile:
Currently studying in the field of human resources development, education, HR or a comparable field
Initial experience in using e-learning systems (LMS) and developing digital learning content
Technical understanding of learning platforms (LMS) and digital tools
A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
Creativity in designing modern learning formats
Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various stakeholders
Excellent written and spoken German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 2,950 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
