IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: 

• Assisting with the management of our IT infrastructure
• Support and administration of clients, user accounts, hardware and software
• Analysing and resolving technical issues at 1st and 2nd level (focus on 2nd level)
• Administration of Windows, Microsoft 365 and network environments
• Providing support on server, infrastructure and system issues
• Contributing to IT, infrastructure and digitalisation projects
• Support with the roll-out of new systems and technologies
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user guides

Your profile:

• Completed IT training (apprenticeship, HTL) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support, as well as a good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructures
• Technical understanding and an interest in IT infrastructure and network technology
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and new technologies
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a team spirit
• Good written and spoken German and English

A gross salary of 3,300 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
