Supporting the management of our IT infrastructure
Support and administration of clients, user accounts, hardware and software
Analysing and resolving technical faults at 1st and 2nd level (focus on 2nd level)
Administration of Windows, Microsoft 365 and network environments
Support with server, infrastructure and system issues
Collaboration on IT, infrastructure and digitalisation projects
Support with the roll-out of new systems and technologies
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides
Your profile:
Completed IT training (apprenticeship, HTL) or equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in 1st & 2nd level support, as well as good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructures
Technical understanding and an interest in IT infrastructure and network technology
Enthusiasm for technical challenges and new technologies
An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a team spirit
Good written and spoken German and English

A gross salary of 3,300 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
