Production Technician specialising in Lean Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Analysing existing production workflows and processes, and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Designing and optimising workstations, equipment, workflows and processes on the shop floor in accordance with 5S standards
  • Actively promoting a lean culture through the use of appropriate lean methods, as well as planning and delivering workshops and training courses
  • Further developing and supporting shop floor management and the continuous improvement process (CIP) in production and logistics
  • Planning and implementing projects in the production environment, e.g. in the areas of capital expenditure and equipment
  • Developing and maintaining standard times and standard time catalogues
  • Supporting shop floor managers on issues relating to 5S, lean management and health and safety
  • Collaborating on and carrying out internal audits in the areas of health and safety and 5S

 

Your profile: 

  • Completed technical training (HTL, workshop foreman or similar) or a relevant technical degree
  • Professional experience in Lean Management and, ideally, in standard time calculation, preferably in a production-related environment
  • A good basic understanding of and keen interest in standard time calculation, Lean Management, 5S and project management
  • Experience of working with ERP systems, particularly in the areas of warehouse and materials management, would be an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,800 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
