Analysing existing production workflows and processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation
Designing and optimising workstations, equipment, workflows and processes on the shop floor in accordance with 5S standards
Actively promoting a lean culture through the use of appropriate lean methods, as well as planning and delivering workshops and training courses
Further development and support of shop floor management and the continuous improvement process (CIP) in production and logistics
Planning and implementing projects in the production environment, e.g. in the areas of capital expenditure and operating resources
Providing support for projects relating to health and safety at work, e.g. in the preparation of operating instructions, health and safety documents and layouts, in collaboration with the HSE Manager
Supporting shop floor managers on matters relating to 5S, Lean Management and health and safety
Collaborating on and carrying out internal audits in the areas of safety and 5S
Your profile:
Completed technical training (HTL, workshop foreman or similar) or a relevant technical degree
Professional experience in lean management and, ideally, in occupational health and safety, preferably in a production-related environment
A good basic understanding of and keen interest in occupational health and safety, Lean Management, 5S and project management
Experience in using ERP systems, particularly in the areas of warehouse and materials management, would be an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,800 euros is on offer. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
