Responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of strategic staff development measures, as well as a sustainable e-learning strategy with plenty of scope for your own ideas
Organising and delivering targeted training and development programmes for managers and staff
Administering, optimising and further developing our Learning Management System (LMS), as well as creating and preparing modern e-learning content (e.g. videos, interactive modules and learning pathways)
Ensuring modern pedagogical standards are met, whilst utilising innovative learning methods and digital learning technologies (e.g. AI)
Active involvement in cross-functional HR and organisational development projects, such as the roll-out of job descriptions and the associated qualifications matrix
Your profile:
A degree with a specialisation in Human Resources (Psychology, Education, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years’ professional experience in HR development, ideally in an industry-related environment
Experience in designing and implementing digital learning formats
Fluent written and spoken German and English

A gross salary of €3,800 is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
