Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating procurement projects 
  • Communicating and reporting on project progress, as well as proactively troubleshooting supply bottlenecks and quality issues
  • Acting as the liaison between Procurement and other business units (Production, Quality Management, Logistics, Engineering, Management)
  • Collaborating on the analysis and implementation of ‘make or buy’ decisions, as well as on the selection and development of suppliers within the scope of the projects
  • Identifying potential for cost savings and optimisation, as well as cross-departmental improvement initiatives
  • Providing support and expert guidance to the entire team

Your profile: 

  • Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, degree)
  • Several years’ professional experience in strategic procurement, project management or a comparable field within a manufacturing company
  • High level of negotiating skills, assertiveness and confidence when dealing with international suppliers
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

A gross salary of 3,800 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
