As an IT Project Manager for our DMS systems, you’ll act as the key link between production, business departments and IT, and play a key role in the further development of our IT system landscape.
Your responsibilities:
Managing our DMS and PDM systems
Supporting specialist departments in using and optimising the systems
Maintaining and managing document, product and master data, as well as user and access rights management
Providing support for system updates, testing and customisation
Managing interfaces between ERP, DMS and PDM systems
Preparing reports, documentation and materials for user training
Your profile:
Completed IT training (HTL, degree) or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in managing IT projects
Good knowledge of working with DMS systems
Proactive approach and a good understanding of production processes and data structures
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with different departments
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,500 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
