Work planning and production control for our electrical engineering manufacturing
Analysing approved bills of materials to determine material requirements for purchasing
Preparing production documentation for manufacturing
Preparing parts lists and picking lists
Initiating and coordinating production orders in collaboration with the production team
Closing production orders, including accounting adjustments, based on documentation returned from production
Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system
Close coordination with the electrical engineering department, purchasing and the electrical warehouse to ensure a smooth production process
Your profile:
Completed technical or business studies (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK…)
Several years’ professional experience in work planning is an advantage
A structured, meticulous approach to work and strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
An independent and solution-oriented approach to work
Experience of working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

A gross salary of 3,000 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
