Customized technology for rail applications

Our solutions meet all railway-specific requirements for safety, ergonomics and system integration - including escape routes, indoor climate, ventilation, emergency lighting and passenger transportation. Each unit is designed as a user-oriented container: with clearly defined functional zoning, tested power and media supply and optional personnel approval.

Our design in detail:

Module structure

The basis is a welded steel frame in accordance with EN 15085 / CL1 - designed for dynamic web loading. The container hood is pre-assembled separately from the frame on the hall floor. This modular separation makes removal, maintenance and logistics considerably easier.

Advantage: Workshop logic with maximum accessibility for all trades and flexible retrofitting options.

Energy supply

The integrated CESS system (Container Energy Storage System) provides battery energy storage for 8 to 12 hours of autonomy. Automatic charging takes place via vehicle power or external connections.

Advantage: This technology enables completely grid-independent operation even in the event of a catenary failure.

Zones & equipment

The containers can be zoned - e.g. as a work area, personnel module or technical room. Typical equipment details:

  • Sanitary unit with separate toilet & fresh water tank
  • Escape routes & safety lighting in accordance with railroad standards
  • Air conditioning with fresh air control & overpressure option
  • Ergonomic workbenches, storage systems, LED work light
  • Integrated Gföllner loading crane for material handling
  • CESS system (Container Energy Supply System) for autonomous power supply via battery

Material protection

Anti-graffiti coating, anti-vandalism reinforcements, UV-resistant exterior paintwork and impact-resistant window glazing provide additional protection. This combination ensures long-term resistance to weathering, mechanical stress and rail stress for indoor and outdoor use
