Module structure

Our technical containers are based on a modular system with a stable welded base frame and removable cover. This can be manufactured and assembled separately - ideal for parallel extensions to the floor and roof sides, for example for electrical engineering, HVAC or control systems.

For maximum ease of handling during the project, the containers are equipped with integrated attachment points for crane lifting from above - so the entire structure remains easy to transport and assemble at all times.

Advantage: Parallel expansion processes, reduced assembly times and easy accessibility for maintenance and retrofitting.

Double floor

The integrated double floor (up to 1,000 mm high) creates clean separation and routing for power, signal and communication cables. With separated cable routes, defined EMC feed-throughs and easy accessibility, it is ideal for maintenance-friendly and future-proof installations.

Advantage: EMC-compliant cable routing, clear structure for retrofitting & maintenance, preparation for complex technical zones.

Climatization

HVAC systems designed and dimensioned on a project-specific basis - individual design in standard or special design, as a split system, roof-mounted or compact unit with various selectable air ducts, filter technology, precise dehumidification control, automated redundancy control for fail-safe operation or freecooling function to save energy, depending on requirements.

Advantage: Safe operating conditions during peak loads, even under extreme climatic ambient conditions (-40 °C to +57 °C).

Energy & Security

Our containers are prepared for customer-specific energy and system technology - including design for power distribution, control, UPS, EMC protection and interfaces. FAT-tested and connection-friendly, for quick commissioning on site.

Advantage: Preparation for energy, control and safety technology and standard-compliant for international use.

Fire protection

Our containers meet fire protection requirements up to REI 120 - tailored to the system load, device configuration and ambient conditions. Fire protection can be implemented completely from the inside and outside, including the floor frame, walls and ceiling. Optional integration: automatic extinguishing systems, fire detection, smoke extraction and separation systems.

Material protection

Our containers have a hot-dip galvanized support structure and a weather and UV-resistant C3-C5M paint finish. For particularly demanding environments - such as those with high levels of moisture, dust or chemical exposure - we also offer EX or sound insulation on request. Special colors according to customer requirements can be realized at any time.

Advantage: Corrosion- & UV-resistant surfaces, hot-dip galvanizing for maximum service life and individual color design possible.
