Do you want to do more than just manage systems – do you want to actively improve processes and help shape the digital transformation of a modern industrial company? Then join our team! As an in-house ERP consultant, you’ll act as the central link between production, business units and IT, and play a key role in the further development of our ERP system landscape.


Your responsibilities:

  • Further developing and maintaining our ERP system landscape, including integrated systems (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM)
  • Analysing and optimising existing business processes in close collaboration with internal specialist departments (production, procurement, logistics, sales, etc.)
  • Design and implementation of new ERP functions and processes, as well as supporting specialist departments in the introduction of new processes and system functions
  • Maintenance and further development of interfaces, as well as ensuring stable system operation
  • Development, maintenance and optimisation of SQLdatabases and data structures, including ensuring data quality
  • Analysing and resolving system faults, as well as providing support and advice to users
  • Carrying out tests, preparing technical documentation and delivering user training


Your profile: 

  • Completed IT training (HTL, degree) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as an (in-house) ERP consultant or in a similar role
  • Good understanding of production workflows and processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems, as well as good knowledge of SQL and databases (MS SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of ERP interfaces, data integration and, ideally, DMS and/or PLM systems would be an advantage 
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments
  • Proactivity, analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Good written and spoken German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,500 euros is on offer. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
