As an ERP Key User, you’ll act as the central link between production, business units and IT, and play a key role in the further development of our ERP system landscape.
Your responsibilities:
Further developing and maintaining our ERP system landscape, including integrated systems (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM)
Analysing and optimising existing business processes in close collaboration with internal specialist departments (production, procurement, logistics, sales, etc.)
Designing and implementing new ERP functions and processes, as well as supporting the specialist departments in the introduction of new processes and system functions
Maintaining and further developing interfaces, and ensuring stable system operation
Developing, maintenance and optimisation of SQL databases and data structures, including ensuring data quality
Analysing and resolving system faults, as well as providing support and advice to users
Carrying out tests, preparing technical documentation and delivering user training
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial training with an affinity for IT
Experience as an ERP key user, ERP consultant or in a comparable role
Good understanding of production workflows and processes
Experience of working with ERP systems, as well as good SQL and database skills (MS SQL Server)
Knowledge of ERP interfaces, data integration and, ideally, DMS and/or PLM systems would be an advantage
Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments
Proactive approach, analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Good written and spoken German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,500 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
