ERP Key User with an understanding of production (m/f/d)

As an ERP Key User, you’ll act as the central link between production, business units and IT, and play a key role in the further development of our ERP system landscape.


Your responsibilities:

  • Further developing and maintaining our ERP system landscape, including integrated systems (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM)
  • Analysing and optimising existing business processes in close collaboration with internal specialist departments (production, procurement, logistics, sales, etc.)
  • Designing and implementing new ERP functions and processes, as well as supporting the specialist departments in the introduction of new processes and system functions
  • Maintaining and further developing interfaces, and ensuring stable system operation
  • Developing, maintenance and optimisation of SQL databases and data structures, including ensuring data quality
  • Analysing and resolving system faults, as well as providing support and advice to users
  • Carrying out tests, preparing technical documentation and delivering user training

Your profile: 

  • Completed technical or commercial training with an affinity for IT
  • Experience as an ERP key user, ERP consultant or in a comparable role
  • Good understanding of production workflows and processes
  • Experience of working with ERP systems, as well as good SQL and database skills (MS SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of ERP interfaces, data integration and, ideally, DMS and/or PLM systems would be an advantage 
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments
  • Proactive approach, analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Good written and spoken German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,500 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
