Head of Work Preparation (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Leading and developing the work preparation team (approx. 6 people)
• Implementation of work preparation processes from the headquarters in Austria for the site in the Czech Republic
• Design, definition and optimisation of processes in production
• Production programme planning (rough planning) in coordination with production management
• Ensuring the timely and efficient processing and control of manufacturing and production orders
• Collaborating closely with plant management as well as colleagues from production and other departments
• Creating project-specific documents for production (work orders, punch cards, etc.).)

Your profile:

• Completed technical training
• Professional experience in the metal industry or in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems
• Czech and German spoken and written
• Committed leadership personality combined with team spirit, commitment and resilience
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
