Onshore oil and gas facilities place the highest demands on air conditioning, ventilation and safety. Our technical containers are specially developed for harsh conditions - from extreme cold and strong winds to potentially explosive environments.

Module structure

We build with removable hoods or generous access doors for smooth device installation and maintenance. All openings are dust and water resistant (IP65+) and thermally optimized for maximum heat dissipation with minimum losses

Advantage: Optimum thermal protection with maximum accessibility for maintenance and service.

Raised floor

With maintenance doors, removable base segments and pre-assembled interfaces, we create efficient installation and operational reliability. Our cable routing is specially designed for high waste heat - separate thermal zones prevent critical overheating.

Advantage: Structured heat dissipation, even for highly loaded integrated systems with extreme waste heat development.

Air conditioning

Filter systems for fine dust, oil mist, sand - air conditioning from -40 to +57 °C. Special high-performance HVAC systems are designed for double loads: Desert heat up to +57°C plus extreme waste heat from integrated systems. Optionally with overpressure, redundant cooling and special desert filters.

Advantage: Constant operating temperatures even under the most extreme thermal loads from inside and outside.

Energy & Security

We integrate medium voltage, UPS systems and generator integration. Tested protection systems against voltage fluctuations and grid irregularities are designed to be EX-compliant for safe integration in oil and gas environments.

Advantage: Safe energy supply in EX zones, protected against all typical grid problems in the energy sector.

Fire protection

Our REI 30-120, EX protection, EMC shielding and C3-C5M corrosion protection systems can be configured in accordance with industry and factory standards. We take a holistic approach to safety.

Advantage: Maximum protection for your investment - meets all relevant industry and safety standards.

Material protection

Hot-dip galvanized steel frame, C4-C5M paint finish, dust and vibration resistant. Optionally seismically designed, EX-protected or with EMC shielding - depending on the specific requirements of your mine.
