Your responsibilities:
Technical and organisational management of the Quality Management, Quality Assurance and IMS departments
Ensuring and continuously improving product and process quality
Processing, analysing and following up on customer, supplier and internal complaints
Application and facilitation of quality methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA or 5 Whys
Planning, conducting and supporting external and internal audits
Development and evaluation of quality-related key performance indicators and derivation of improvement measures
Close collaboration with production, design, procurement and project management
Your profile:
Completed technical training (HTL, FH, university or equivalent qualification)
Experience in managing a quality assurance department within a manufacturing company
Knowledge of the relevant ISO standards and common quality management methods
Analytical and structured approach to work
Assertiveness combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
Good command of German and English

For this full-time position, a gross annual salary starting at 85,000 euros is on offer. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
