Independent planning and management of production orders
Checking bills of materials and work plans for completeness and plausibility
Preparing project-specific documentation for production (work orders, time sheets, etc.)
Determining material requirements based on the project and production sequence
Independently liaising with Purchasing, Production, Design and other relevant departments
Ensuring the availability of materials for current and upcoming projects
Coordination of external processing
Maintenance and updating of scheduling data in the ERP system
Contributing to the further development and standardisation of AV and scheduling processes
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial training – ideally relating to production, work planning or production control
Initial professional experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage, preferably in the metal or industrial sector
Technical understanding and an interest in production and manufacturing processes
A structured and independent approach to work with a good eye for the bigger picture
Organisational skills and an enjoyment of liaising with different departments
Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
Good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,000 euros is on offer. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
