Production Planning & Control Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent planning and management of production orders 
  • Checking bills of materials and work plans for completeness and plausibility
  • Preparing project-specific documentation for production (work orders, time sheets, etc.)
  • Determining material requirements based on the project and production sequence 
  • Independently liaising with Purchasing, Production, Design and other relevant departments
  • Ensuring the availability of materials for current and upcoming projects 
  • Coordination of external processing 
  • Maintenance and updating of scheduling data in the ERP system
  • Contributing to the further development and standardisation of AV and scheduling processes

Your profile: 

  • Completed technical or commercial training – ideally relating to production, work planning or production control
  • Initial professional experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage, preferably in the metal or industrial sector
  • Technical understanding and an interest in production and manufacturing processes
  • A structured and independent approach to work with a good eye for the bigger picture
  • Organisational skills and an enjoyment of liaising with different departments
  • Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
  • Good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,000 euros is on offer. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
