Training apprentices in metalworking – imparting theoretical knowledge and practical skills in line with the job profile (e.g. welding, turning, milling)
Supervising apprentices in the training workshop – guiding, monitoring and supporting apprentices during practical activities
Documenting and assessing training progress
Developing and delivering technical training for apprentices
Carrying out work in the field of metalworking (turning, milling, welding)
Ensuring worker protection and compliance with all safety regulations
Inspiring young people’s enthusiasm for metalworking and supporting their professional and personal development
Your profile:
Completed vocational training and several years’ professional experience in the field of metalworking
Good knowledge of welding, turning and milling
Experience with common welding methods
Completed trainer’s examination or willingness to undertake it
Experience in training or mentoring young people is desirable
A passion for passing on knowledge in a clear and practical way
Strong interpersonal skills and a respectful approach to young people
Ability to work as part of a team, a sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing the best possible training for our apprentices
Good knowledge of MS Office

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,200 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
