IT Architect (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
 

• Design and further development of our IT architecture
• Analysis and optimisation of our existing systems and processes
• Design of modern infrastructure, cloud and application solutions
• Technical management of challenging IT and digitalisation projects
• Evaluation and selection of new technologies and platforms
• Definition of architecture, integration and security standards
• Development of technical concepts and solution designs, as well as providing technical advice to business units and IT teams
• Collaboration with internal departments and external IT partners 
• Active involvement in the strategic development of our IT

Your profile:

• Completed IT training or a degree with a focus on IT
• Several years’ professional experience in the IT sector, ideally in a technical or conceptual role
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud solutions and system integration
• Understanding of business processes and enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, DMS or PDM/PLM)
• Knowledge of Veeam, vSphere, Windows & Linux servers, CheckMK and Fortigate would be an advantage
• An independent, structured and responsible approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments
• Good written and spoken German and English

 A gross salary of 3,800 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
