Managing and overseeing goods receipt, warehouse management and order picking across all warehouse areas, as well as production supply
Responsibility for stock levels and the annual stock-take
Planning, coordinating and prioritising tasks within intralogistics
Leading and developing a logistics team of around 50 staff
Optimising and ensuring systematic warehousing and optimal production supply
Organisational development through structural and skills development
Collaboration with all relevant departments in day-to-day operations (Purchasing, Maintenance, Production, Dispatch/Packaging, etc.)
Implementation of digitalised processes and application of lean management methods
Your profile:
Successfully completed vocational training (workshop foreman, A-levels or degree), ideally in the field of logistics
Several years’ management experience in logistics, ideally in the manufacturing industry, combined with experience of change management
In-depth expertise in warehouse processes, stock management and internal transport
A proactive, creative personality with a strong team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, fact-based approach, combined with a strong focus on objectives and solutions
Knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems, as well as an interest in digitalisation and lean logistics

For this full-time position, an annual gross salary starting at 75,000.00 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
