Production programme planning (high-level planning) in coordination with the operational divisions
Operational planning and management of customer and production orders in the ERP system
Acting as the central point of contact for coordinating deadlines across the value chain
Preparing and coordinating data for planning meetings (capacity forecasts, bottlenecks, …)
Maintenance, organisation and further development of planning-relevant data in the ERP system
Collaboration in the design and optimisation of planning and control processes and systems
Your profile:
Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, FH) with a focus on industrial engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent – or, alternatively, relevant prior experience
Professional experience in production planning or a good understanding of processes within a manufacturing company
A strong aptitude for working with data and excellent analytical skills
Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and assertiveness, combined with a confident manner
Proficiency in using ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,800 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
