Providing technical and disciplinary leadership and driving the development of the Industrial Engineering team, including defining clear objectives and responsibilities
Analysing, optimising and further developing production and logistics processes, as well as workstations and equipment, in accordance with lean management principles
Layout planning at workstation and plant level, and across sites where required
Planning, managing and monitoring industrialisation projects through to the successful start of series production
Developing and maintaining a standardised process for determining and managing target times
Evaluation and integration of new technologies to increase efficiency along the value chain
Further development of shop floor management and ensuring a safe, clean and efficient working environment
Promotion of a motivating working environment and a culture of continuous improvement (Operational Excellence)
Acting as a sparring partner for managers in the production and logistics departments
Your profile:
Completed technical training (HTL, FH or university) or equivalent qualification with several years’ professional experience in a manufacturing company
Several years’ experience in industrial engineering, a production environment or process optimisation, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or metalworking
Leadership experience and a passion for working with teams
In-depth knowledge of lean management, process optimisation and project management
Understanding of production processes and manufacturing organisation
A structured and independent approach to work, strong communication skills, assertiveness and a distinct hands-on mentality
Confidence in using ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office; Power BI is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 4,000 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
