As part of a major international project, a new logistics centre is being built in Ort im Innkreis to supply our assembly site in the USA. During this set-up phase, you’ll have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping processes and take on responsibility right from the start.
The site plays a central role throughout the entire supply chain: from goods receipt through to storage, order picking and dispatch preparation, you will work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of materials. The final assembly of the technical containers then takes place at the US site.

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and managerial leadership of the goods-in team in logistics
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations (coordination of deliveries, unloading, goods acceptance, complaints handling, and warehousing)
  • Working closely with relevant departments (Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Sales, etc.) to ensure optimal material flow control
  • Responsibility for managing and further developing goods-in processes
  • Further development of the team as well as existing structures and processes
  • Implementing lean methods and shop floor management, as well as ensuring compliance with safety guidelines

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training (apprenticeship, foreman’s qualification, A-levels), ideally in the field of logistics
  • Initial management experience in a shop floor environment
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics within a manufacturing company (e.g. warehouse logistics, production supply, material flow)
  • A hands-on approach combined with a structured and proactive way of working
  • A process-oriented mindset and approach
  • Experience of and interest in the application of lean methods and digitalisation
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, ERP systems and logistics-related software
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

What you can expect:

  • The opportunity (following a training period of several weeks in St. Georgen near Grieskirchen and at our current external site in the Kirchdorf/Krems) to play an active role in setting up the site in Ort im Innkreis, to contribute your own ideas and to help further develop processes
  • Modern equipment and well-equipped production halls
  • Numerous additional benefits: Fruit, company doctor, gym allowance, …
  • Opportunities for development within a successful industrial company with a family-like corporate culture
