Intralogistics Specialist (m/f/d)

As part of a major international project, a new logistics centre is being built in Ort im Innkreis to supply our assembly site in the USA as well as other international customers. During this set-up phase, you’ll have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping processes and taking on responsibility right from the start. The site plays a central role throughout the entire supply chain: from goods receipt through to storage and order picking, right through to dispatch preparation, you’ll work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of materials. The final assembly of the technical containers then takes place at the US site.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising material and goods flows, and ensuring the smooth running of intralogistics
- Responsibility for accurate stock levels, including analysis and corrective action in the event of discrepancies
- Reviewing and adjusting demand quantities in the warehouse management system
- Ensuring compliance with operational and product-specific storage regulations
- Handling discrepancies and complaints in consultation with Quality Assurance
- Assisting with stock-takes and the continuous improvement of warehouse processes
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics field
- Several years’ professional experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Good understanding of operational processes
and process-oriented as well as internal goods flows - An independent and solution-oriented approach to work, complemented by the ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and logistics-related software
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,500 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
