Setting up and structuring the project organisation
Coordinating communication between clients, internal departments and external partners
Managing and coordinating all departments within the company involved in the project (design, manufacturing, procurement, AV, etc.)
Drawing up, updating and monitoring project schedules
Ensuring the timely completion of all project milestones
Claims management
Your profile:
Completed commercial or technical training (HAK, HBLA, HTL, etc.)
Technical understanding
Professional experience in project management, ideally spanning several years
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

A gross salary of €3,800 is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
