Your tasks:

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team in logistics
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Collaborating closely with the interfaces (purchasing, production, QA, AV, etc.) to optimise material flow control
  • Responsibility for controlling and further developing the relevant sub-processes in logistics (incoming goods, warehouse/picking, packaging/shipping

  • Further development of the team as well as the existing structures and processes
  • Implementation of lean methods and shop floor management as well as compliance with safety guidelines

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training (apprenticeship, master craftsman, Matura), ideally in the field of logistics
  • First management experience in a shop floor environment
  • In-depth expertise in the logistics of a manufacturing company (e.g. in the field of logistics).B. warehouse logistics, production supply, material flow)
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a structured and proactive way of working
  • Process-oriented way of thinking and acting
  • Experience and interest in the application of lean methods and digitalisation
  • Sure handling of MS Office, ERP systems and logistics-relevant software
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

For this position, a gross salary from €3,800 is envisaged on the basis of full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
