Providing technical and managerial leadership to a logistics team
Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Working closely with other departments (Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure optimal material flow management
Responsibility for managing and further developing the relevant sub-processes within logistics (goods-in, warehousing/order picking, packaging/dispatch)
Further development of the team as well as existing structures and processes
Implementation of lean methods and shop floor management, as well as compliance with safety guidelines
Your profile:
Successfully completed vocational training (apprenticeship, foreman’s qualification, A-levels), ideally in the field of logistics
Initial management experience in a shop floor environment
In-depth knowledge of logistics within a manufacturing company (e.g. warehouse logistics, production supply, material flow)
A hands-on approach combined with a structured and proactive way of working
A process-oriented mindset and approach
Experience of and interest in the application of lean methods and digitalisation
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and logistics-related software
Very good written and spoken German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,800 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
