Team leader logistics - focus on dispatch (m/f/d)

As part of a major international project, a new logistics site is being built in Ort im Innkreis to supply our assembly site in the USA. During this set-up phase, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape processes and take on responsibility right from the start.
The site will play a central role along the entire supply chain: from goods receipt, storage and order picking to shipping preparation, you will work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of materials. The final assembly of the technology containers then takes place at the US site.

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of the warehouse team in logistics
• Ensuring smooth daily operations (coordination of orders, packaging, stowage, loading, delivery documents)
• Collaborating closely with the interfaces (production, QA, AV, transport, etc.) for optimal material flow control

• Responsibility for the control and further development of processes in shipping
• Further development of the team and existing structures and processes
• Implementation of lean methods and shop floor management as well as compliance with safety guidelines

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training (apprenticeship, master craftsman, Matura), ideally in the field of logistics
• First management experience in a shop floor environment
• In-depth expertise in the logistics of a manufacturing company (e.g. in the field of logistics).B. Warehouse logistics, packaging, transport)
• Hands-on mentality combined with a structured and proactive way of working
• Process-oriented way of thinking and acting
• Experience and interest in the application of lean methods and digitalisation
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems and logistics-relevant software
• Very good written and spoken German and English

For this position, a gross salary of 3,800 euros or more is offered on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
