Site management with a focus on logistics (m/f/d)

As part of a major international project, a new logistics site is being built in Ort im Innkreis to supply our assembly site in the USA. During this set-up phase, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape processes and take on responsibility right from the start.
The site will play a central role along the entire supply chain: from goods receipt, storage and order picking to shipping preparation, you will work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of materials. The final assembly of the technology containers then takes place at the US site.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the processes at our site in Ort im Innkreis: incoming goods, warehousing, picking, packaging, shipping and simple assembly processes
- Ensuring efficient processes while taking quality, time and costs into account
- Daily management of day-to-day operations, including resource and shift planning

- Leading, motivating and developing the teams
- Collaborating closely with internal interfaces (sales, purchasing, QA, planning, technology) and external partners (suppliers, freight forwarders, packers)
- Implementing lean and shop floor management
- Responsibility for safety and quality standards at the site
- Optimising processes, processes, inventories, areas and resources
- Involvement in the implementation of the new location in cooperation with the project management and the specialist departments
- Ensuring compliance with laws and internal guidelines (e.g.B. Occupational safety, environmental law, health protection, fire protection)
Your profile:
- Completed technical or business management training (HTL, FH, degree), ideally in the field of logistics in a manufacturing environment
- Multiple years of management experience in a shop floor environment
- Experience with assembly or manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Experience in the implementation of holistic logistics concepts is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
- Experience in the application of lean methods and shop floor management
- Sure handling of MS Office, ERP systems and other logistics-related software
- Very good written and spoken German and English

This position offers a gross annual salary of €70,000 or more for a full-time position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
