Working to support the vehicle construction sales team in the office
Overall support and processing of our orders (quotation and order processing, processing of orders, vehicle takeover, ongoing order and deadline control, invoicing...).
Responsibility for the smooth delivery of our vehicles (preparation of delivery notes and handover of trucks, trailers etc. to the customer)
Competent contact person for customers and employees
Maintenance of master data in the ERP system and additional organisational activities
Contact and coordination with the provincial government regarding vehicle Coordination with the provincial government with regard to vehicle licences
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK/HBLA, etc.)
Completed technical or commercial training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK/HBLA, etc.))
First professional experience in order processing/office work
Technical understanding or interest advantageous
. Interest of advantage
Communication and teamwork skills
Sure handling of MS Office
Experience in dealing with ERP systems of advantage
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written

The gross salary for this position is €3,000 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
