We are looking for a committed and responsible person with organisational talent and vision to ensure the timely supply of kits for our branch in the USA.
Your tasks:
Inventory analysis and scheduling of supply orders for our plant in the USA
Bill of materials comparison USA vs. Austria
Analysing approved parts lists to determine material requirements
Creating order proposals based on the parts lists for purchasing
Analysing stock discrepancies and initiating and following up on corrective measures
Maintaining and continuously updating master data in the ERP system
Preparing picking lists for logistics
Consulting closely with engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth supply
Proactive co-design and optimisation of scheduling and supply processes
Your profile:
Technical or commercial training and at least 3 years of experience in materials planning or work preparation in a manufacturing company
Experience in dealing with parts lists and ERP systems as well as very good Excel skills
Structured, analytical and independent way of working
Organisational talent, strong communication skills and initiative
Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with our US site
Very good written and spoken English

The gross salary for this position is €3,500 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
