Professional management of a 4-person controlling team
Conception, implementation and continuous optimisation of a structured budgeting and forecasting process
Creation and further development of meaningful reports, analyses and decision-making bases for the management and specialist departments
Analysis of key performance indicators, identification of deviations and derivation and consistent follow-up of suitable measures
Active operational involvement in day-to-day controlling business, in particular in the areas of budgeting, forecasting and monthly and annual financial statements
Ensuring high data quality and critically scrutinising figures, processes and business assumptions
Responsibility for cash flow planning and monitoring, including ongoing forecasting
Further development of controlling processes, reporting structures and planning and reporting tools
Your profile:
Completed studies in business administration, controlling, finance or comparable
Multiple years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company, as well as initial management experience
Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers
Very good understanding of company processes as well as cross-divisional thinking
Ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships and critically analyse them, quickly grasp and critically scrutinise complex interrelationships
Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel), reporting tools and ERP systems
Very good knowledge of German and English

For this position, a gross annual salary of €80,000 or more is envisaged based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
