Your tasks:

  • Professional management of a 4-person controlling team
  • Conception, implementation and continuous optimisation of a structured budgeting and forecasting process
  • Creation and further development of meaningful reports, analyses and decision-making bases for the management and specialist departments
  • Analysis of key performance indicators, identification of deviations and derivation and consistent follow-up of suitable measures
  • Active operational involvement in day-to-day controlling business, in particular in the areas of budgeting, forecasting and monthly and annual financial statements
  • Ensuring high data quality and critically scrutinising figures, processes and business assumptions
  • Responsibility for cash flow planning and monitoring, including ongoing forecasting
  • Further development of controlling processes, reporting structures and planning and reporting tools

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration, controlling, finance or comparable
  • Multiple years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company, as well as initial management experience
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Very good understanding of company processes as well as cross-divisional thinking
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships and critically analyse them, quickly grasp and critically scrutinise complex interrelationships
  • Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel), reporting tools and ERP systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

For this position, a gross annual salary of €80,000 or more is envisaged based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
