Management and control of incoming goods, warehouse management and order picking across all warehouse areas as well as internal transport
Responsibility for stock levels and the annual inventory
Leading and developing a logistics team of around 25 employees
Optimising and ensuring systematic warehousing and optimal production supply
Organisational development through competence building in the area of logistics/warehousing
Collaboration with all interfaces in daily business (purchasing, AV, production, shipping/packaging, etc.).)
Implementation of digitalised processes and application of lean management methods in the area of warehouse management
Your profile:
Successfully completed training (foreman, Matura or degree), ideally in logistics
Multiple years of management experience in logistics, ideally in the manufacturing industry or plant/mechanical engineering

In-depth know-how in warehouse processes, inventory management and internal transport
Proactive, independent personality with a strong team orientation and strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, fact-based approach paired with a high level of goal and solution orientation
Knowledge of ERP/warehouse management systems and an interest in digitalisation and lean logistics

For this position, a gross annual salary of €75,000.00 or more is offered on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
