Team leader technical calculation (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the technical calculation team (4 people)
• Calculation-related monitoring, support and documentation of projects, in compliance with internal and external standards and norms
• Task and capacity planning for the division
• Coordination and assignment of tasks to external calculation service providers
• Coordination and definition of tests and inspections
• Interface to sales, project management, design and other technical areas
• Continuous further development of organisation, processes and tools
• Expert support and advice for internal departments in the project phases (offer, implementation and follow-up)

Your profile:

• Completed studies, ideally in the field of civil engineering, optionally mechanical engineering or comparable fields
• Expertise in technical calculation (structural steel engineering with a focus on framework dimensioning and connection design)
• Multiple years of professional experience in technical calculation, ideally with initial management experience
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and to coordinate and delegate tasks
• Confident use of MS Office and knowledge of relevant calculation software
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills

The gross annual salary for this position is € 70,000.00. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
