Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Fault analysis, Troubleshooting and documentation in the ERP system
First and second level support for our employees* in the Czech Republic
Collaborating closely with the IT department of the parent company Gföllner Fahrzeugbau GmbH - (IT guidelines and authorisations are specified centrally and must be adhered to)
Working on internal IT projects and continuous further development in the IT area
Your profile:
Completed training in IT (apprenticeship | HTL)
First practical experience with Microsoft server environments (Microsoft 365 / Office 365)
Basic knowledge of ERP processes, application administration or database technologies an advantage
High willingness to learn and interest in continuous further training
Analytical thinking, structured way of working, high reliability
Communication skills and pleasure in conveying IT topics in an understandable way
Team skills and service orientation
Knowledge of German and/or English
