Coordination with the electrical system construction department in project planning with clarification of order-relevant electrotechnical documents
Supporting activities in order processing of sales as well as in document management
Coordination and coordination of various internal tasks with documents
Supporting activities in sales order processing and document management
Coordination and harmonisation of various tasks with the internal specialist departments as well as with customers and suppliers
Your profile:
Completed technical training in the field of air conditioning/refrigeration technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering or building services engineering (e.g. Apprenticeship as HVAC technician with relevant practical experience, HTL, FH...)
Relevant professional experience in a comparable position (ideally at least three years)
Independent way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
Safe handling of MS Office
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

For this position, a gross salary of €3,300 is envisaged on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
