Your tasks:

  • Project management, coordination and control of activities in purchasing for the projects of our "Container Kit - Assembly Kit" product group
  • Interface between the purchasing department and project management or project team (technology, AV, SCM, logistics)
  • Supporting the overall project management on purchasing topics
  • Clustering project requirements

  • Supporting the overall project management on purchasing topics
  • Clustering project requirements, as well as structuring and coordination with strategic and operational purchasing on procurement processes
  • Monitoring parts supply and escalation in the line organisation
  • Initiating and helping to shape supplier decisions in a timely manner
  • Actively helping to shape and further develop the purchasing processes and tools for the "Container Kit - Assembly Kit" product in the context of a professional supply chain

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, HAK, university, FH...).)
  • Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in manufacturing steel and mechanical engineering, as well as project purchasing with similar tasks
  • Communicative, assertive and honest personality with a high degree of communication and organisational skills
  • Independent, structured and self-reliant working style, paired with reliability and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Cost awareness and proven, convincing negotiating skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, MS Teams, BI)
  • Experience in dealing with ERP systems is an advantage (SAGE)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel to a small extent

The gross salary for this position is €3,800, based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
