Junior Buyer m/f/d

Your tasks:

• Searching for new suppliers and communicating with existing suppliers
• Managing requests for quotations, Preparation of price comparisons and evaluation of offers
• Creation of purchase orders and monitoring of delivery dates
• Administrative support of the senior buyers
• Maintenance and updating of data in the internal ERP system
• Collaboration with production and warehouse regarding material availability
• Doing various operational tasks within the purchasing department

Your profile:

• Completed technical or business training
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,...)
• Skills in written and spoken Czech, knowledge of English and German advantageous
• A precise and structured way of working | organisational talent | high willingness to learn
