Shift supervisor steel construction/welding shop (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical and organisational management of the steel construction shift team
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of production orders
• Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality and efficiency standards
• Monitoring and optimisation of production processes
• Consulting closely with area managers, team leaders and production management
• Making bookings in the ERP system (material consumption, employee times,...)

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (steel construction, welding technology)
• Multiple years of professional experience in a technical production environment
• Multiple years of management experience (team size approx. 10-15 people)
• Forklift licence and other certificates of qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems advantageous
• Czech and German spoken and written
• Initiative | decisiveness | organisational strength
• Solution-oriented, structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
