Responsibility for the product group area of contract manufacturing components according to in-house drawings and external work processes
Conducting procurement market analyses, as well as developing and expanding the supplier portfolio with a focus on long-term and strategic business relationships
Creating and implementing efficient supplier and product group strategies, taking into account the best possible quality, security of supply and price
Responsible for planning tenders, conducting negotiations and professional contract management
Interface with the relevant departments in the company such as engineering, quality assurance, work preparation, project management and sales
Active risk, complaint and claim management
Co-design and development of relevant KPIs for better control and optimisation of procurement processes
Your profile:
Successfully completed technical training (metal construction, HTL, FH...)
Professional experience in technical purchasing (ideally in steel and mechanical engineering) with a high level of quality and cost awareness
Know-how in the application of modern purchasing tools and methods
Technical understanding (welding, sheet metal and bending technology) with strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
Team player with communication skills, as well as entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
Proactive personality with a precise and structured way of working
Sure handling of MS Office and ERP systems
Very good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel to a small extent

For this position, a gross salary of 3,800 euros is envisaged on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
