Team Leader CAD Design (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical leadership, organisation and development of a motivated design team
• Capacity planning
• Securing deadlines and deadline tracking
• Optimisation & standardisation of design processes
• Clarification of technical requirements with the responsible internal and external interfaces
• Control of compliance with internal and external standards, regulations and design guidelines e.g.DIN 1090
• Creation of and compliance with quality requirements and processes
• Optimisation of workflows
• Constructive support for local production

Your profile:

• Completed technical education (comparable to HTL)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the design of steel and plant construction
• Experience in using 3D CAD systems (Creo Elements/ Direct Modelling an advantage)
• Leadership experience (team size 3-5 people)
• Structured, systematic and independent way of working
• Czech and English spoken and written, German an advantage
