You are the first point of contact for our customers, and partners - both by telephone and in person at reception
You ensure a friendly reception and catering for our guests and coordinate the use of the meeting rooms
You take care of processing and forwarding incoming calls and e-mails

You are responsible for the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
You compose and edit written correspondence in a professional manner
In addition, you support the team with general administrative and organisational activities in day-to-day business
Your profile:
Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HLW etc.).)
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in office organisation or Assistant positions (ideally front office)
Friendly, well-groomed appearance and pronounced service orientation
Organisational talent with communication skills
Independent and precise way of working (hands-on mentality)
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
Sure handling of MS Office

For this position, a gross salary of 3.000,- Euro is planned for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
