In this responsible position, you will be responsible for strategic and operational project management in the area of supply chain management for complex production kits.
Supporting outsourcing processes for components, parts and assemblies
Setting up an external logistics service provider for warehousing, picking, packing and shipping of production kits
Supervising and ensuring all processes with the external service providers
Optimising the entire supply chain in collaboration with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering and Sales/PM
Introducing efficient logistics and procurement processes and IT interfaces (e.g. ERP integration)

Support in change management during the transformation from in-house to "external" logistics processes
Reporting to the management/project management team and regular project status reports
Your profile:
Completed studies in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management or comparable qualification
Multiple years of management experience in supply chain management, ideally in the manufacturing industry or plant/mechanical engineering

Proven experience in outsourcing projects and the development of logistics service providers
In-depth knowledge of warehouse management, packaging, shipping logistics and service provider management
Experienced handling of ERP systems and logistics IT applications
Project management expertise as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and a high level of personal responsibility
Experience in interim management is an advantage; Willingness to take on a permanent position
Very good written and spoken German and English

For this position, a gross annual salary from 85,000 euros is envisaged on the basis of full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
