Warehouse Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

As part of a major international project, a new logistics centre is being built in Ort im Innkreis to supply our assembly site in the USA. During this set-up phase, you’ll have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping processes and take on responsibility right from the start.
The site plays a central role throughout the entire supply chain: from goods receipt through to storage, order picking and dispatch preparation, you will work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of materials. The final assembly of the technical containers then takes place at the US site.
Your responsibilities:
- Checking and accepting deliveries, entering order and delivery note data into the ERP system
- Creating and managing picking lists on an ongoing basis
- Co-ordination and close collaboration with the purchasing department regarding goods deliveries
- Implementing appropriate measures in the event of non-compliant deliveries in collaboration with Quality Assurance, including returns processing
- A wide range of tasks in the field of warehouse operations and stock management
Your profile:
- Completed relevant training
- Several years’ professional experience in logistics (e.g. warehouse management) within a manufacturing company
- Reliability, a structured approach to work and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office
- Good written and spoken German
- The opportunity (following a training period of several weeks in St. Georgen near Grieskirchen and at the current external site in the Kirchdorf/Krems) to play an active role in shaping the development of the site in Ort im Innkreis, to contribute your own ideas and to help further develop processes together

A gross salary of €3,000 is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
