Responsibility for the product group area covering contract-manufactured components based on in-house drawings and external production processes
Carrying out procurement market analyses, as well as developing and expanding the supplier portfolio with a focus on long-term and strategic business relationships
Drawing up and implementing efficient supplier and product group strategies, taking into account the best possible quality, supply security and price
Independent planning of tenders, conducting negotiations and professional contract management
Liaising with relevant departments within the company, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Work Planning, Project Management and Sales
Active risk, complaint and claim management
Helping to design and develop relevant KPIs to improve the control and optimisation of procurement processes
Your profile:
Completed technical training (apprenticeship | HTL)
Professional experience in technical procurement (ideally in the steel and mechanical engineering sectors) with a strong focus on quality and cost
Expertise in the application of modern procurement tools and methods
Technical understanding (welding, sheet metal and bending technology) with strong negotiating and assertiveness skills
Team player with good communication skills, as well as entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
A proactive personality with a precise and structured approach to work
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Very good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel to a limited extent

A gross salary of 3,800 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
