Team Leader CAD Design (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Technical leadership, organisation and development of a motivated design team
• Capacity planning
• Ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring progress
• Optimisation and standardisation of design processes
• Clarification of technical requirements with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring compliance with internal and external standards, regulations and design guidelines (e.g.DIN 1090 
• Establishing and adhering to quality requirements and processes
• Optimising workflows
• Providing design support to local production

 Your profile:&

• Completed technical training (equivalent to HTL)
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in steel and plant engineering
• Experience in using 3D CAD systems (Creo Elements/ Direct Modelling an advantage)
• Management experience (team size 3–5 people)
• Structured, systematic and independent approach to work
• Fluency in spoken and written Czech and English; German an advantage
