Independently managing the procurement process (order processing, handling order confirmations, checking incoming invoices)
Monitoring and following up on delivery dates and supplier notifications
Handling customer complaints
Maintaining master data in the ERP system
Additional organisational tasks and proactive involvement in the further development of procurement processes
Your profile:
Completed commercial or business studies training (apprenticeship | HAK/HLW)
Professional experience in procurement (preferably in the steel and mechanical engineering sectors) with a strong focus on quality and cost efficiency
A proactive personality with a precise and structured approach to work
Process-oriented and analytical thinking
A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to assert yourself
Proficiency in MS Office and professional experience with ERP systems
Very good command of German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,000 euros is on offer. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
